Bernard Botejue Industries supports education with the establishment of an annual scholarship scheme which sponsors four students for a period of two years to proceed with their Advanced Level Examinations. In addition, one young woman is chosen for a trip to India to broaden her understanding with cross-cultural experiences. Donations made to schools in their community support the annual prize-giving ceremonies and a contribution of resources to their local village library offers further education for the wider community.

Their contributions to the development of the villages in their area include the restoration of an abandoned lake in the village, the co-sponsoring of the village New Year celebrations and the annual repainting and renovation of the area Hospital.

In the aftermath of the Tsunami, they distributed two motorboats and five catamaran boats with the necessary equipment to affected fishermen. Small loans were provided for 15 small businesses to re-establish themselves and carpentry equipment was provided to many others for assistance in housing restoration work in the affected areas.
