Hirdaramani has found many ways to support the health and well-being of those in their community. They've contributed to construction, renovation and maintenance of children's and maternity wards in their area. They provide cancer treatment to parents of employees, conduct morale boosting days at a nearby Cancer Hospital and support the Cancer Society of Sri Lanka in any way they can.

They have supported children and education with the donation of garments for the 2005 Sunshine Games which was held for children with special needs; painting of the furniture of local school; supplying play equipment to another school and give ongoing donations to organizations such as the Child Protection Society of Sri Lanka as well as providing scholarships.

Their commitment to the future extends to the use of environmentally friendly chemicals and enzymes at their washing plants and a semi-automatic wastewater treatment plant. Hirdaramani sees themselves as partners in the upward mobilization of their community.
